Their core requirement was a custom laminated transformer core for a high-power distribution transformer production project. To meet the client’s high-quality standards, we maintain strict control throughout the entire production process, adhering to standardized procedures at every stage from raw material procurement to finished product shipment.Regarding raw materials, we select high-quality, high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. This material offers the advantages of stable magnetic permeability, low loss, and a long service life, ensuring the core performance of the laminated transformer core from the source. During production, we utilize automated precision cutting equipment to effectively avoid issues such as burrs and dimensional deviations caused by manual cutting. After cutting, we perform specialized deburring to ensure the core surface is smooth and flat.
The laminating process employs standardized techniques performed by skilled technicians, who strictly control laminating pressure and sequence to ensure a compact core structure, thereby minimizing magnetic leakage and eddy current losses. After lamination, the core undergoes an insulating spray coating to enhance its insulation properties and provide moisture and rust resistance, meeting the demands of various operating conditions.Simultaneously, we assign quality inspectors to oversee the entire process. Every batch of products undergoes multiple inspection procedures, including loss testing, dimensional inspection, withstand voltage testing, and a full visual inspection. Only after passing all tests can the products proceed to the warehousing and packaging stage, ensuring that non-conforming products are strictly prevented from leaving the facility.

After 15 days of efficient production and rigorous testing, the entire 30-ton batch of custom laminated transformer cores was completed.
