 Thai Client Procures Custom-Fitted Transformer Cores

A well-known Thai power supply equipment company, specializing in the R&D and production of high-frequency power supplies and inverter equipment, with products widely used in new energy and industrial control sectors. Due to the high demands of high-frequency power supply equipment on core precision, insulation performance, and heat dissipation, this client had long been searching for a supplier of high-quality C-type transformer cores.In January 2025, the client learned about us through an international trade show and proactively contacted us to purchase 20 tons of C-type transformer cores. They required batch production according to standard specifications to ensure batch consistency, while also demanding that the products feature low magnetic leakage, low losses, and ease of assembly, with a delivery time of 18 days or less.

Following brief discussions, they signed a purchase contract with us, specifying details such as product specifications, delivery time, and payment terms.

 Process Optimization: Crafting High-Quality Transformer Cores

To meet the Thai client’s high-quality requirements for C-type transformer cores, we optimized and upgraded our production processes.Regarding raw materials, we selected high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel. This material offers excellent magnetic permeability, low loss, and superior heat dissipation, effectively enhancing the performance of C-type transformer cores to meet the demands of high-frequency power equipment. During production, we used precision cutting equipment to ensure accurate core dimensions. After cutting, the cores undergo high-temperature annealing to improve their magnetic permeability and stability.

For insulation, we use high-quality insulating materials to apply a comprehensive spray coating to the core. This ensures excellent insulation performance, prevents issues such as leakage or short circuits during operation, and enhances the core’s resistance to moisture and rust.During the assembly phase, we employ robust assembly techniques to ensure the C-core transformer cores are tightly assembled and resistant to loosening, thereby enhancing the product’s mechanical strength and service life. After production, all products undergo 100% final inspection, including loss testing, dimensional inspection, insulation testing, and visual inspection. Only products that pass these tests are stored and packaged, ensuring that every item meets customer requirements.

 Successful Delivery: Transformer Cores Enter the Thai Market

In accordance with the contract, we completed the production, testing, and packaging of 20 tons of C-type transformer cores within 18 days.
