


CRGO Core Lamination refers to the silicon steel sheet coil, through precision shearing, stamping or cutting process, processed into a specific size, shape of the sheet or strip semi-finished products, is the transformer core, motor core and other electromagnetic devices, the core of the basic unit.It is both the sheet of coil material cut to design specifications and the final deliverable form of the core semi-finished product.

CRGO Core Lamination is made of highly permeable silicon steel sheets, which are stacked to form the iron core and mainly take two core roles:
Efficient magnetic conductivity: in the alternating magnetic field (after the transformer primary side coil is energized), the high magnetic permeability of silicon steel sheet can let the magnetic lines of force pass through efficiently, forming a closed magnetic circuit, realizing the electromagnetic induction between the primary side and the secondary side coil, and completing the voltage transformation.
Suppressing eddy current: The silicon steel sheet itself is very thin (0.23~0.5mm) and the surface is coated with an insulating coating, which can limit the eddy current to a very small range of a single piece, greatly reducing eddy current loss, avoiding overheating of the iron core, and improving the efficiency of the equipment.
Transformer core laminations are widely used in the field of transformers, motors, generators, reactors, transformers and all kinds of electromagnetic equipment.
In transformers, clippings are stacked to form the iron core, realizing efficient electromagnetic energy conversion, which is suitable for many kinds of equipment such as distribution transformers, power transformers and dry-type transformers.
In motors and generators, clippings can effectively reduce eddy current losses, improve operating efficiency, and reduce vibration and noise.
In transformers and reactors, clippings can provide stable magnetic conductivity and low iron loss performance to ensure the accuracy and stability of equipment operation.
