Q1: What is the difference between your gapped toroidal core and split toroidal core?
A1: Our product is an integral single-piece non-detachable core with a precision cut air gap, featuring tight magnetic circuit, low leakage flux and high detection precision. The split core is a two-piece detachable structure designed for on-site bus bar installation with lower precision. Our gapped core is more suitable for high-precision sensor and inductor design scenarios.
Q2: Can you customize air gap size and tolerance? What is the adjustable range?
A2: Full customization is supported. The standard air gap range is 0.2mm–15mm, and the highest machining tolerance can reach ±0.02mm. We can customize exclusive air gap parameters according to your required inductance AL value and saturation performance standards.
Q3: Will the air gap cause flux leakage and EMI interference problems?
A3: A tiny amount of controllable fringing flux is inherent to air gap design. Our precision cutting process effectively reduces uneven flux leakage. For EMI-sensitive equipment, we can provide customized shielding coating and air gap optimization solutions to suppress interference.
Q4: Do all your cores undergo vacuum annealing treatment?
A4: 100% full vacuum annealing treatment for all finished cores. Cores without annealing will have severe internal stress, high residual magnetism, obvious zero drift and unstable inductance, which will lead to high failure rate in precision sensor applications.
Q5: Can you provide official material and test reports?
A5: Yes. We can provide CRGO raw material certificate, dimensional inspection report, magnetic performance test data (BH curve, AL value, core loss) and batch quality inspection report. Automotive-grade orders support complete IATF16949 quality system traceability.
Q6: How about the batch consistency of your products?
A6: Adopting automated production and standardized heat treatment technology, we strictly control the discrete error of AL inductance value and magnetic performance in the same batch, with far higher consistency than the industry standard, meeting long-term mass assembly and stable operation requirements.
Q7: What is your MOQ? Do you support small batch trial orders?
A7: Flexible MOQ is supported. Small-batch trial orders are acceptable. Standard models have sufficient stock for fast delivery; customized non-standard products have stable production cycles to support bulk export orders.
Q8: Can you customize special sizes, coatings and technical parameters?
A8: We provide full personalized customization services, including non-standard inner/outer diameter & height, ultra-precision air gap tolerance, special insulation coatings, edge protection treatments, and exclusive magnetic parameter matching according to customer drawings and design requirements.
Q9: Is the core suitable for automotive and high-temperature industrial working conditions?
A9: Yes. Made of high-temperature resistant low-loss CRGO silicon steel and matched with stable insulation technology, the core maintains stable magnetic performance under high temperature and high load, fully adapting to automotive on-board detection and high-temperature industrial application scenarios.
Q10: How do you ensure no damage to the air gap during long-distance transportation?
A10: We adopt independent single-product shockproof and anti-collision packaging with layered isolation protection, specially protecting the precision air gap cutting surface to ensure zero damage during ocean and air transportation.
