Material: High quality electrical silicon steel (silicon content 0.5%-3.2%), in line with GB/T 2521-2023 standards
Plate thickness: 0.15mm, 0.20mm, 0.23mm, 0.27mm, 0.30mm, 0.35mm , support for customization
Core loss (P15/50): ≤1.3W/kg (0.35mm), ≤0.9W/kg (0.27mm), ≤0.7W/kg (0.23mm)
Applicable frequency range: 50Hz-400Hz (IF to MF scenario)
Magnetic permeability: (μ) initial permeability ≥ 3000, maximum permeability ≥ 15000
Surface treatment process: C3, C5 insulation coating, insulation and anti-corrosion, reduce eddy current loss, longer service life.
Operating temperature range: -40℃~150℃

Slitting silicon steel laminated iron core is made from the original silicon steel coil as raw material, which is slit and cut into standard long flat sheet by slitting and cutting,and then pressed and laminated into moulding; it is mainly used for EI, UI, bar, reactor and all kinds of finished cores, with accurate size, flat cutting and tight stacking.
